Family Plans To Sue After Alleged Penn State Fraternity Hazing Death

The family of a Penn State University fraternity pledge who died after a night of alleged drinking and hazing plans to file a wrongful death lawsuit against the university, the fraternity, and its members. 19-year-old Tim Piazza died in February after falling down 15 feet of stairs, then hitting his head on a stone floor. Authorities say fraternity members waited 12 hours before calling 911, and then tried to cover up what happened.
