Wilson’s World: Learning More About Pop Up Produce

CHARLOTTE, N.C. –  Wilson was at 7th Street Public Market this morning where he was introducing us to  Pop Up Produce.   He met Amanda with Pop Up Produce on Earth Day when he was doing a Wilson’s World at Ballantyne Corp Park and wanted to find out more about it.

Pop Up Produce is a not for profit business that was created to empower families and individuals to grow their own food, while educating them on the benefits of fresh produce.

Amanda Zullo, the founder of Pop Up Produce, explained to Wilson the importance of the business and how with every purchase of their Fresh Start Kit a family in the Charlotte area is given an opportunity to grow their own fresh food.  The Fresh Start Kits are hand packed and made of locally sourced supplies.

Find out more about Pop Up Produce and how you can order your own Fresh Start Kit to begin growing your own produce and herbs on their website popup-produce.com.
