EDGE On The Clock: Russia Vetoes UN Resolution On Syria

Russia has vetoed a UN resolution that would have required Syria to cooperate with investigators after a brutal chemical attack in that country. This is the eighth time Russia has vetoed a proposed resolution on Syria. The veto came as US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson was meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Russian foreign minister.
