Wilson’s World: Jackalope Jacks Moving Out With a Bang
Jackalope Jacks closing Elizabeth location after 15 years and moving to new location in Plaza-Midwood.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – This morning Wilson stopped in at Jackalope Jacks, a local restaurant and bar that has been a Charlotte favorite for over 15 years. But thanks to the city’s decision for more condos in the Elizabeth neighborhood, Jackalope Jacks has to relocate their great restaurant. After this Sunday night they will shut down the 7th Street restaurant and move to Plaza-Midwood.
Wilson was with the owners, employees, customers and long-time fans of Jackalope Jacks before Sunday night’s big game blow-out and the the move. Wilson took a poll to find out what team everyone was pulling for. And we found out which team he is pulling for.
Jackalope Jack’s new location will be opening in two weeks at 1908 Commonwealth Ave. They will have the same great atmosphere, food, beverages and fun. So, old friends and new friends, be sure to stop in and check out the new digs when they open. For more information on their hours, etc. check out their website HERE.
